Threshold confidence, then act or escalate

Every answer includes calibrated confidence — automate high confidence, escalate the rest.

Policy pattern

1. Put thresholds next to question schemas in one config file.
2. Automate only when confidence clears your bar.
3. Otherwise: human review or an LLM fallback for prose/planning.
4. Pin a versioned model id when you tune thresholds against aliases like jev-latest.

This is an engineering pattern — not a TypeSafe SLA.
